Tick Tock Time

This room has a clock.

It is a loud, obnoxious, screaming thing
and the longer I stay in this space
the louder and more maddening the noise.

I should leave,

but

unfortunately for me,
the door is locked from the outside,
and there is nothing here
to smash it with.

This has got my imagination whirring overtime. I could see it as a scene in a film (and I could just taste the vivid cinematography creating a sense of claustrophobia, paranoia, and maybe even schizophrenia, heehee). For some reason, reading this piece reminded me of the movie "Vanilla Sky." ;)

On another note: man, I could almost feel the migraine, tsk, tsk.

p.s.
The side-view shot of the puppy (posted last January 15)just... simply... melts me. Waaah, I am smitten!

LOL - probably in my case, all 4 would probably apply at some point, among other reasons as well...

That pup was so adorable! Too bad she belongs to somebody else though....

How you doing, soulless? :)

I loved this post; it was very visual and emotional. What a great setting for more!

hmmmm
again, the setting is so much physical, but still in the mind that words become provoking here...
liked the screaming clock as if the time is running out and i'm imprisoned in my body's cage...
